Nef will discuss funding basics under PPA and MAP-21, cash balance plan design and funding, and combining cash balance plans with a defined contribution plan.

  • Best practices for compliance under PPA and MAP-21 requirements
  • Alternatives for designing a successful Cash Balance plan
  • Practical and logistical considerations for combining a Cash Balance and Defined Contribution plan
Plan sponsors and advisors are looking for education about funding requirements under the new PPA and MAP-21 regulations, as well as how a Cash Balance can be designed and implemented to enhance the plan sponsor’s retirement strategy. Two continuing education credits are available for this event.
