    ABOUT THE PANELISTS

    ALEXANDRA WELLS
    Senior Director
    Natixis Investment Managers

    Alexandra Wells is a Senior Director on the Retirement Strategies Group at Natixis Investment Managers. In this role, Alexandra is responsible for providing investment solutions for retirement focused advisors and developing relationships with partnering plan platforms.

    She previously worked on the Institutional Services team at Natixis and was responsible for distributing the firm’s investment expertise and capabilities to RIA’s, Banks Trusts, Public Pensions, Foundations and Endowments. 

    Prior to joining Natixis, Alexandra worked as an assistant at Putnam Investments, before joining the internal sales desk at Empower Retirement.

    She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont and is FINRA Series 31, 63, 6, and 7 licensed.


    TIMOTHY J. DUBOST, CFA
    Client Portfolio Manager
    Nuveen

    Tim is a client portfolio manager for Nuveen. He serves as a product specialist supporting the firm’s global fixed income and responsible investment strategies and assists in addressing the informational needs of the firm’s institutional and individual clients.

    Prior to joining the firm in 2012, he worked at Pacific Life Insurance Company developing a variety of targeted risk and multi-manager fixed income strategies for use in mutual funds and annuity products. Tim also assisted in the management and oversight of Pacific Life’s family of asset allocation mutual funds.

    Prior to Pacific Life, he worked at Canterbury Consulting in several different capacities, including associate consultant, interfacing with institutional clients on investment matters related to asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction. 

    Tim graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Orange County.


    DINA CIARMATORI
    Senior Vice President
    Neuberger Berman

    Dina Ciarmatori, Senior Vice President, joined the NB Sustainable Equity team in 2008. Dina works as a research analyst where she is primarily responsible for conducting ESG analysis. Her work has focused on energy and the environment, carbon emission life-cycle analysis, energy efficiency, water quality and management, supply chain sustainability, diversity and human rights.

    Prior to joining the Sustainable Equity team, Dina worked in Neuberger Berman’s equity research department on the Utility team and the climate change fund with emphasis on the power sector and renewables.

    In her personal time, for over ten years, Dina continues to be actively engaged with the US National Committee for UN Women, an organization committed to the advocacy and awareness on women’s empowerment issues including violence against women and girls.

    Dina received a MA in European Politics from the University of Bath, UK and a BSE in Education from Westfield State University.
