Ever wonder what the Department of Labor is really looking for when they initiate an audit of your client's plan?  Here is a unique opportunity to hear from a previous EBSA investigator who worked for the U.S. Department of Labor for seven years - he will share his experiences and insight into how the Department of Labor approaches the audit process, what they are looking for, how the auditors are evaluated by the Department and what the Department considers "success."  Through this presentation, you will learn how to best approach working with the auditor and to help your client have a smooth and uneventful audit process.  Mr. Kropkof's presentation will cover eleven audit triggers that the Department of Labor looks for in its qualified plan audits and well as key information regarding the Employee Benefits Security Administration.

This program will qualify for 2 hours of continuing education for ERPA, ASPPA, NIPA, California CPAs and Attorneys, and Actuaries.
